To clarify our slogan: “working with and not against” (ref: Sri Dr. Lord Grantham Taylor, Hughes; The Bauer foundation (TBf)) simply explains that FRRf works peacefully with all good sovereign governments and peoples worldwide. We take the simple stance of working with everyone for progress. Albeit we are all aware of unconscionable financial greed, we are not trying to identify the culprits. Instead, we focus our attention on our inherent birthright to sovereignty and the phenomenal progress that we can collectively achieve.

FRRf is currently working in partnership with several Solidarities, whose mission is to focus on becoming a beacon of hope in a time of change and transformation. We are working toward establishing a golden-age community with all the amenities and necessities required for a fully functioning independent state.
We project to attain worldwide recognition and International Presence as a private and peaceful Sovereign jurisdiction including (but not limited to) infrastructure for: homes, farms, industrial factories, hotels, health resorts, schools, hospitals, tourism, education, trade, banking, arbitration courts, security, coast guard as well as air and sea ports.

Eagle-Eye Ministries
Safeguarding the integrity of First Republic Registrar foundation, its intellectual property, partner nations, organizations and related operations is of utmost priority. To support this endeavour, we have formed a number of active departments with discrete responsibilities around social justice, security and upholding ethical practice in all dealings. The two initial departments are as follows:
Private International Advocate Department
We work together with other agencies and organizations to resolve disputes on behalf of First Republic Registrar community members when approached at an individual level, operating within the framework of Common Law.
Private International Observer Department
As custodians of sovereignty, we shall assume the needed position as the Eagle-Eye watch for unfair practice in world affairs and be vigilant for breaches or changes in regulations and law that may impact our Sovereign territories and operations.
FRRf is partnered with several groups, cooperatives and organisations in a context that reflects our humanitarian priorities.

Natural law
Based on Universal Cycles, Seasons, Principles and Tendencies of Absolute-Nature – governing the interactions and sovereignty of living men and women and all elements of natural life in existence.
Common Law
Presently the Uniform Commercial code – aka Private International Common Law – governing the interactions of international trade, business and commerce across multiple jurisdictions.
Admiralty Law
Localised Statutes, Legislations, Acts of Parliament and Corporate Policies – governing the interactions of documentary legal entities, legal persons and corporations within specific jurisdictions.

Sovereignty and its Relationship to Natural Law Is…
A set of universal, inherent, objective, non-man-made, eternal and immutable conditions which govern the consequences of behaviours of beings with the capacity for understanding the difference between harmful and non-harmful behavior.
The understanding of Natural Law is centered upon bringing our own Conscience into alignment with Objective Morality.
This means definitely KNOWING which behaviours are RIGHTS because they do NOT cause harm nor loss to other sentient beings, and which behaviours are WRONGS because they DO cause harm or loss to other sentient beings.
